I agree with you that repeats are a good thing, it shows you wear what you sew. Do you think we'll get more trousers/bottoms sewn this year?! I really enjoyed seeing your photos every day. I made sure to wear something I made everyday and this is the first year I was able to do so because I had enough me-mades to do it! And I've followed many who have actively participated like you :) I've enjoyed this challenge thoroughly. I must say that it's most powerful side affect for most is to demonstrate to the participants and active observer like myself is what people wear the most in their daily lives thereby highlighting what they need to make more of and NOT :) I've been on such a run (and still am) with wovens - tops and tunics, blouses, shirts - that I'm feeling hungry to get back into those knits. Oddly I just keep on this path of wovens! Those soft cotton lawns, stiffer and cool linens and liquidy silks keep finding their way onto my cutting table. I'm now working on the Closet Case files new pattern Kalle - first a muslin then a 4 ply silk (terrifically luxurious and $$) I think... ;)PsychicSewerKathleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06911914507722968930noreply@blogger.com
